My Favorite Things Guest Designer

Good morning everyone!  I'm so excited to be a guest designer over on the My Favorite Things Blog for the next few days!

I fell in love with this adorable Snuggle Bunnies stamp set the moment I saw it.  It has some of the cutest little bunnies and bears and the sentiments are so sweet.  I also used one of the tree stamps from the Forest Friends stamp set.  I stamped all the images with MFT Black Licorice Hybrid Ink and colored them with copics.

I wanted to create a little scene for my animal friends so I used some blue paper from the Calm & Cozy Chevron Paper Pack for the sky.  I used the Rolling Hills Die-namics to cut the fence from white cardstock, and then I used it again to cut the green paper from the County Fair Plaid Paper Pack for the grassy area.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Frames Die-namics to add a white frame around the scene.  I stamped the sentiment and used a black glaze pen on the animal eyes and noses.  I used foam dots to adhere the bunny, bear, and trees to the card front.

Copics used:
Bunny and Bear - E31, E30, E50
Bunny and Bear ears, feet, and face - E00, E000, E000
Bunny Shirt - C3, BG05, BG01, B000
Trees - YG17, YG25, YG03, YG01 and E25, E21

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I hope you have an awesome day.

Hugs, Anita

Thinking Of Mew

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for Danni, a sweet blogging buddy.

Danni has received my card so it's safe to post it on my blog now.  She recently adopted two kitty furbabies, so I just had to use this Pure Innocence Feline Better stamp set to make a card for her.  I colored the images with copics and then used a black glaze pen on their eyes.  I cut the rectangles with my Stitched Rectangle Die  set and then added a few colorful enamel dots to finish my card.  Danni was having a not-so-great day when she received my card and I'm so happy I was able to bring a smile to her face that day.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Anita

Your Next Stamp - May Feature Day

Good morning!  Today is Feature Day over on the Your Next Stamp Blog, which means that the team is sharing new samples featuring the YNS products.  Our theme this month is "flowers".

I used several stamps and dies to create my card.  I started by cutting a piece of white cardstock with the Stitched Rectangle Die Set and then I stenciled some clouds.  I used the little birds from Word Critters Collection - Spring Birds and the fence is from the Jessica with her Horse set.  I colored them with copics, used the coordinating die sets to cut them out, and then adhered them to my card base with foam dots for some dimension.

Karen is having a special sale in honor of her son's birthday so be sure to stop by the YNS Shop to pick up those products you've been wanting!

ConGRADulations

Good morning!  It's that time of year when lots of graduations are happening so I thought I'd pop on and share a quick and easy graduation card.

This adorable owl is from Pink and Main's Grad Owl clear stamp.  I just love those huge glasses he (or she?) is wearing.  I think I had some that were that large back in the day lol.  I colored the image with copics and then used some Glossy Accents on the owl's beak and claws.  I really think the Glossy Accents would look fabulous on the glasses but my bottle was almost empty and I was afraid I would run out of gloss halfway through the glasses.  I used some fun star paper from Doodlebug Design.  The stamp set includes several great sentiments to choose from.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!

Hugs, Anita
