Easter Peeps

Good morning!  I've been working on some Easter cards and I have one to share today featuring some Pink & Main products.

I used this little chick from Pink and Main's Easter Peeps stamp set.  There are lots of adorable chick images and fun sentiments included in this set.  I colored the chick and eggs with copics and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies from Your Next Stamp to cut my papers.  I used Glossy Accents on the chick's beak and feet.  I used my Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the eggs and then added a few sequins.  The cute paper is from Taylored Expressions.
Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a great day!

Hugs, Anita

Guest Designer - Pink & Main

Good morning!  I'm a guest designer for Pink & Main this month and I have a couple of cards to share with you.

This watering can full of spring flowers is from the Seeds of Kindness stamp set.  I colored the image with copics and then added some white highlights with a white pen.  I used the coordinating Seeds of Kindness Dies to diecut the watering can.  I used some bright, cheery papers from Doodlebug Design and added a few enamel dots to finish my card.

This adorable little skunk is from the Scentsational stamp set.  I colored the skunk with copics and used the Scentsational Dies to diecut the skunk.  I used distress inks to blend some color onto a white cardstock circle and then used foam dots to adhere the skunk.  Again, I added a few enamel dots to my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous day!

Hugs, Anita

Pink & Main New Release and Blog Hop

I am so excited to be a guest designer as we celebrate Pink and Main’s February Release with a fun and inspirational blog hop! Be sure to go to the Pink & Main website to check out all the new stamps and dies! Also check out the brand new paper line that is making its debut ... they have 3 new 6x6 paper pads that are perfect for spring and coordinate with each other. Please hop along through all of the design team members’ blogs (and a couple of guest designers too). There will be prizes along the way.

For my project, I used the Seeds of Kindness stamps and coordinating dies.  I love these sweet bunnies - they're so adorable!  I colored the bunnies with copics and then diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I used a black glaze pen on the bunny eyes and noses to give them a bit of shine.  I used distress inks to create the background and then adhered that to a plaid cardbase.  I added a few enamel dots to finish my card.

Each blog has a prize to give away and I am excited to give away the Seeds of Kindness clear stamp set.  To enter the giveaway, just leave a comment here and on every blog in the hop. We will choose random winners from the comments and post them on the Pink and Main blog on February 15.  Here is the lineup for the hop, enjoy!

A Good Friend Is A Blessing

Good morning.  I hope you had a fun weekend. Today's card is one that I made a few months ago but never got around to sharing on my blog.

This sweet image is from Lili Of The Valley.  I have had this stamp forever and I couldn't find it on their website so I'm guessing it may have been discontinued.  This little girl with her puppy just makes me smile!  I colored the image with copics.  The sentiment is from SugarPea Designs and I diecut it using the SugarCuts - Stitched Flags die.  I added a few enamel dots to finish off my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Hugs, Anita
